What about Condos and Condo Complexes?
No problem. As the signs would be the same, if you have a condo and a VIP package, we will leave it at the front gate or main entrance, unless given special instructions.

Where will you put my signs?
Your signs will be strategically placed at sidewalk intersections guiding
traffic from all directions to your Open. You can be confident that we will
maximize your signs' exposure. We will send you a confirmation email complete
with detailed map with sign placement. We are aware of all local sign
ordinances, however will place signs as our customers wish. Please review our
terms & conditions for RR liability.
What does this confirmation emailed map look like?
The map will contain the exact locations of where our
trained operators believe would drive the most traffic
to your open house. It also shows where the open house
is and any additional information. You can approve
the sign locations or change any at your discretion.

How many of my signs will you store?
We will store unlimited signs per customer and place up to 10 signs per open.

regarding additional storage and servicing of signs. We want to make sure all of
our customers' needs are met.
What does "maintain signs" mean?
Maintenance on signs means cleaning and labeling each sign with locations and
times for each property. We have clear customized weatherproof plastic sleeves
made specifically for large bold printed open house times and addresses for your
signs. Maintenance also includes small repairs (via our warehouse work shop) to
broken legs, faces and flags, pvc work, glue, screws and anything else we can do
to lengthen the lives of your signs.
When will the signs be set up and taken down? Will the occupants be bothered?
All signs will be placed prior to your open house start time allowing ample
viewable time. We aim for a 3 hour pickup window following an open house. Our
driver will leave a door sign reading "This open house is from... to... Sorry
we missed you. Please contact us with questions or for a private showing."
This way you can take it down during the Open and put it back up when you leave,
detouring any disturbances.
Can I do more than 1 Open per day?
Yes, providing the amount of signs we have for you.
Are there incentives for referrals?
Yes. Refer anyone that
purchases a service and you will receive one free VIP
open.
How can we get our signs if we need them?
Just make an appointment and we would be happy to set up a time for you to pick them up.
How much advance notice do you need for setting up open houses?
In order for us to prepare properly, it is necessary to give us 48 hours advance notice when scheduling your next open house.
We want to serve our customers to our best abilities and preparation is a key factor in success and quality control.
How will I know that my time and location is confirmed?
Your confirmation will be your viewing of the map with your time, location and exact placement
of signs. You will be able to log in and view your confirmation within 2 hours of making your appointment.
What exactly is a VIP package?
In addition to the usual care, maintenance and proper
placement of your signs, we provide a package which
allows you to just show up at the door of your open
house. This package includes a case of personalized
waters (with your personal info such as name, website,
phone #s etc) and snacks: currently delicious fortune
cookies with Realty related fortunes.
If I am taking some time off or it is not a busy time for me, what do I do with the signs?
At any time if we have your signs and you have not purchased a package, we will hold them in storage until you need them again.
