Realty Rescue collects personal information when you register for an account with Realty Rescue or otherwise voluntarily provide this information. Personal information is any information which may be used to personally identify you, such as your name, email address, address, etc.

Realty Rescue also uses cookies to allow members to access any functionality of the site which requires an account. Cookies are small files stored on your computer when you visit a website. Upon revisiting the site, the cookie lets the website recognize your browser.

Realty Rescue servers log standard information that is transmitted when accessing any website, such as the date and time of the request, your I.P. address, the URL you are accessing, and which browser you are using.

Realty Rescue will use its best efforts to ensure that information of a confidential nature regarding our clients is not accessed or disclosed unless reasonably necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable government request (including subpoena), to enforce the terms of this Agreement and all agreements on which RR provides services as well as all reasonable investigation to determine violations of the terms, to detect, prevent, or otherwise address issues of fraud, security or other technical issues, and to protect against immintent harm to the rights, property or safety of Realty Rescue, its agents and employees, its customers, as well as the general public.

Security

Realty Rescue takes appropriate measures to protect all data against unauthorized access and alteration, including internal reviews of server configuration, software, and physical security.
